The club employs 6 specialists in physical training and sports, who carry out activities to organize physical training, recreation and sports at OJSC «MTW», the purpose of which is to improve the health of the plant’s workforce and introduce as many workers as possible to a healthy lifestyle. It includes holding sport events in the plant’s divisions, competitions at the All-Year Spartakiad of OJSC «MTW» in 20 sports, as well as individual championships and cup competitions for prizes of the trade union committee. Together with the factory tourist club «Гренада» the summer tourist rally of OJSC «ОАО «MTW», water, hiking and cycling trips are held annually.
The plant's combined teams take part in the entire competition program of the district and city workers' sports days, in the republican sports day of the Trade Union BELPROFMASH, various tourist rallies, as well as international tournaments in Gorodki sports, volleyball, mini-football, darts and kettlebell lifting.
Every year the company holds a review competition for the best sport team and the competition «Best Athlete of OJSС «MTW».
